LAST CHANCE FOR MOMENTUM: USE THESE TWO Q'S TO FINISH THE YEAR STRONG!

Have you noticed that as the year-end approaches, we often start to ease up a little too early? We start feeling the pull to slow down, lose focus, and maybe even coast a bit, letting our goals quietly slip into the background. But what if, instead, we approached this final quarter with a few (1-3 outcomes) clear, focused intentions—ending the year with more momentum, clarity, and purpose than when we started?
Lately, I've been having a lot of “homestretch” conversations, and today, I want to share two powerful questions for you to reflect on as we head into the last 76 days of 2024:
What's one thing you will complete (finish)?
What's one thing you will create (start)?
Out of all the ideas, projects, and opportunities—both planned and unplanned—what's the one thing you absolutely want to see through to the finish line this year? And what kind of impact will that have, personally or professionally? Imagine the relief and pride of crossing that task off your list—done, complete, wrapped up!
By now, the year has given you plenty of feedback. So tune in. What's waiting for you to begin? Think about the ideas, insights, and inspiration you’ve gathered along the way. There’s an invitation here—an opportunity to add something meaningful to your life or business that you just haven't made time for yet. What will you start creating in these final weeks? What will spark excitement, energy, and purpose that carries into the new year?
